I’m giving 3 stars because overall I did like most of the items that came in my February bridal box. The items were nice and I appreciate the concept of the box.
However, I did have an issue with my puff bag, which arrived damaged. I have reached out multiple times to notify them about the issue, but unfortunately I have not received any response yet. Considering the box costs $99 a month, it is a bit concerning that it has been over a month and I still have not received any communication or resolution regarding the damaged item.
Customer service and communication are very important, especially when customers receive damaged merchandise.
Because of this experience, I’m leaving three stars for now. I am more than willing to update my review once the issue with the damaged item is addressed and a solution is provided.
