Crafty Lady Boutique does not except refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations due to items being custom and handmade just for you. Please double check your order and spelling to ensure it is exactly how you want it. However, if you have any issues with your order that was the fault of Crafty Lady Boutique, do not hesitate to contact me. You have 7 days after the items are delivered to contact us and see if you are eligible for a replacement.
