Subscription Box Cancellation Policy

At Crafty Lady Boutique, every item is handmade and personalized just for you. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order or subscribing:

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns:

  • We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or returns on any orders.
  • All products are made to order and cannot be reused or resold once production begins.

Subscription Billing & Cancellations:

  • The Monogrammed Bride Box:
    • Charges on the 1st of each month.
    • Cancellations must be made before the 1st to avoid being charged for that month’s box.
  • The Monogrammed Wife Box:
    • Charges on the 15th of each month.
    • Cancellations must be made before the 15th to avoid being charged for that month’s box.
  • We send a courtesy reminder email the day before your charge so you have time to make any changes if needed.
  • Once a subscription charge has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded, as we begin preparing and personalizing your items immediately.

Damaged Items:

  • If your item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it.
  • Please contact us at [insert email] within 48 hours of delivery and include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos showing the damage
  • Once approved, we will create and ship a replacement as quickly as possible.

Important Reminder:

  • Please double-check all personalization details, sizing, and shipping information before placing your order.
  • Managing your subscription (including cancellations) is the responsibility of the customer and must be done prior to your billing date.
