How does personalization work?
Each box is made to order just for you. During checkout, you'll enter the details you'd like monogrammed or personalized — such as the bride's name, initials, or wedding date. Our team hand-crafts every box with your specifications before it ships.
Can I preview my personalization before it's made?
We don't offer digital proofs, but our team carefully reviews every order before production. If anything looks unclear, we'll reach out to confirm the details with you.
Can I change my personalization after placing an order?
Because production begins quickly, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change. After that window, we may not be able to accommodate edits.
Production & Turnaround Time
How long does it take to make my box?
All of our boxes are handcrafted in Ohio and made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships.
Can my order arrive before a specific wedding date?
Absolutely — we love helping you plan ahead! Add your wedding date in the order notes at checkout, and we'll do our best to prioritize your timeline. We recommend ordering at least 3–4 weeks before the wedding to allow for production and shipping.

Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States. All orders are shipped from our Ohio studio.
How long does shipping take after my order is ready?
Once your box is complete, standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Please contact us before placing your order if you need rush production or expedited shipping — we'll do our best to help!
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a personalized box?
Because every box is made to order with your unique personalization, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. If your order arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Care Instructions
How do I care for my box and its contents?
To keep your box looking its best, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Wipe the exterior gently with a dry cloth. Avoid moisture on monogrammed or painted surfaces.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription box work?
Our subscription box is a monthly delivery of curated bridal-inspired goodies — a new theme every month, shipped right to your door. You'll be billed monthly and can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Can I gift a subscription?
Yes! A subscription makes a beautiful, ongoing gift for a bride-to-be. Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout.
