They have it advertised as Cubic Zirconia "18k Gold", however it arrived as a Sterling silver dipped necklace. I asked them kindly to replace it with the correct one and they told me they do not actually have 18k gold necklaces at all. I requested a refund due to the fact I cannot wear sterling silver. They accepted but they expect me to pay for the return shipping even though I paid for it to be shipped to me. I have yet to hear back about this. I highly recommend not purchasing this product unless you are okay with paying 18k gold prices for a sterling silver necklace.
