Unfortunately shipping can be rough at times. If something breaks in transit please message me and send pictures of the broken item so I can file a claim and replace your product for you!!

Since most of the items in the shop are personalized or customized to fit your personal needs we do not accept refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges. But please message me if there is a problem with your order!

Crafty Lady Boutique will not replace items if you decide you do not like the font, colors etc. chosen. You can place another order with a different font/color if you would like. Some of the fonts are a little more fun or fancy then others and some letters may have different spacing. Previews of font are available (UPON REQUEST ONLY) before printing begins... buyer must get back to seller within 6 hours after preview is sent or it will be printed as ordered.

Drinkware: must be hand washed, do not place in the microwave, dishwasher or leave items sitting in water. 

Shirts: Wash in cold on gentle cycle, inside out, tumble dry low, if your shirt needs Ironed you may iron the shirt inside out, do not iron over design directly.
