The quality and softness are amazing. Only things I would change is color and I wish it was a fully zip so I could wear it daily through the Winter. If you come up with a different zip up hoody I would buy for sure!

Excellent Customer Support: I had ordered 2 separate boxes (one being my same last name since it's my son's Fiance) and there was minor confusion. Initially, they assumed one was a mistake so they refunded me immediately. Once they understood there were 2 separate orders coming to one address so that I can gift each of my girls, they reinstated the second order and offered to send it for FREE! No need for that, of course, but when I say it's the 'thought that counts' let me tell you! It most certainly is! NO ONE offers to own a mistake to that degree anymore! This company is the REAL DEAL!
